Fairfax County VA has $150,000 in bonds. $17M for one animal shelter. Several M for fences around the police stations, astro turf for the athetic fields, NONE will be allocated for Homeless and Mentally Ill shelters, homes, treatment, hospital beds. Our cats and dogs are more valued than our people.
