no delivery of my order

I ordered ink from ezinks.cm on July 21st!! Still. no ink, can't get a person if I cal. can't get a reply if I e-mail. I feel I have been gypped out of $25.00 here. I would like my money back. or the darn onk . maybe someone there can help me?
