
NO customer service

I ordered a scanner from the Datavision organization via the web www.datavis.com. Orignally after the order 9/10/06 they sent me an email stating that my shipping address must match my billing address on my AMEX card. On 9/11/06 I called and spoke with their customre service department and had them correct the address (shipping) to match my AMEX card. I had requested 3 day shipping and agreed to pay the extra shipping cost to expedite the scanner. On 9/15/06 I had not received any notification email/phone etc as to the status. I sent an email to their customer service department from their web site asking for the status or for them to call me on my cell. No return response, no call no nothing Company Name is DataVision 445 5th Avenue New York, New York 10016
