No clue.

I'm currently working a new job in retail and I'm finding it quite funny how some had to get a diploma or degree to get into a store manager or below position. I've been working in retail for 17 years and find it quite interesting that a diploma was needed, experience is what counts in retail and with none at all people are hired and have no clue on how to treat staff or run a store. They hire fresh kids out of university or people who worked at KFC or Maccas and think they are good enough to run a supermarket. Don't get me wrong I have no desire to be in management as the job is shit and helping me get through Uni, but fucking hell they make my days unbearable, the only reason I stay is it's a secure job and they do pay reasonably well. It's pretty much wherever you go I guess, it's funny how all the area managers are newbies out uni and are green and have no idea what they are doing, just because you have a degree in business management it doesn't mean shit when looking after stores, most of them are on the phone or dicking around in the office offering no advice or support. Thank god it's only for a few years.

I hope you're taking every opportunity to piss and shit in stuff that people later eat.

Get a clue from the person who hires them.
