Hello Everyone: Be aware when booking airline reservations with this company. Reservations were booked with them for sometime, holding an actual ticket in hand, and they claim they don't have a reservation, or even show a record of the reservation, and did not take ticket that was showing holding confirmed on this. This happens with this air carrier daily.
