My 2006 Nissan Quest is a piece of GARBAGE. Within the first 2 months of buying my new Nissan I was in the dealership 3 times. #1. The button that closed the hatch of the van fell inside the panel the first time we went to close it. We had to take it in and have it fixed. #2. The first time I used the rear windshield wiper it fell off in the parking lot. Thank goodness I wasn't on the freeway. #3. There is no spray nozzle in the rear windshield fluid sprayer therefore the fluid runs down only the middle of the rear windshield and doesn't get any of the windshield cleaned. (The dealership says that is just the way it is) #4. The louvers of the vents for the heat/air conditioner fall off. #5. The whole ceiling vent for the heat/air conditioner falls out. #6. The door on the passenger side sticks in cold weather making it difficult to get out. You have to slam your whole body against the door to open it. (Campbell/Nelson/Nissan Dealership says that is just the way it is). #7. The light in the glove box doesn't even have a on/off switch. If the headlights are on, the glove box light is on. Whether the door to the glove box is closed or not. How do I know this? You can see the light shining thru the edges when the glove box door is shut. (The dealership says that is just the way it is). #8. There is a huge reflection on the front windshield of the dashboard that is very distractracting while you are driving. #9 The heater clicks constantly. I guess it is regulating the temp. within the van. Very annoying. Loud. #10. The position of the heater vent will only blow at your face. Forget it if you are a contact wearer as your contacts dry out before you will warm up. #11. The heater is extremly loud. #12. The steering is terrible. You have to jockey the van several times to get it into any parking spot. #13. Transmission is very jerking going up hills at low speed #14. Brakes overheat very quickly when going down steep hill. Ok these are the complaints off the top of my head. Yes, I have talked to Campbell/Nelson/Nissan Dealership in Washington State were I purchased the van. They say these are not problems that can be fixed and it is not their fault. Yes, I have called Nissan directly. They say I can take it to a dealership and have it looked at. (Did you read the previous paragraph? They can not fix anything.) Nissan says they can not do anything about any of these problems. THIS WAS MY 3RD NISSAN AND IT WILL BE MY LAST.!!!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
