
Nikon poor service

I sent my Nikon 5700 to repair. It cost me $170 plus. It came back with the viewfander inoperable. I sent two e-mails, I contacted the service office twice. They told me they will send the papers needed to return the camera. I have not received those papers nor any response to my e-mails.What kind of business is this company doing in USA? I paid more than a thousand dollars for the camera.
