nextel customer service sucks

ever try to get a helpfull person on the phone at nextel. Well good luck becasue I have been trying for endless days and nights!!!! according to multipule people monica 82013, shirly 13, janice 893026, holly 3504, brandon 15572,johny 86498, valerie 4006 along with nyla, ron, greg ext 3750, george, kelly, ramone, bety these are just a few people ive talked to that claim nextel WILL NOT return funds to you that are rightfully mine (the customer) even after addmetting on the phone that i am in the right that i had paid for service that i never recived but the line of crap the say is that the cant prorate credits i have done alot of research to find the right people's ear to bark in per say!!!!(corporate big wigs) feel free to e-mail me with questions o2pwrstroke@yahoo.com
