I have a problem with my phone that I just purchased in February 2006.... It does not work and when it does it calls out by itself making my bills have overage charges of at least $200/month in addition to my monthly fee of $59.99 plus all the taxes and other charges. Not only did I send this phone into Motorola twice I also took it to several service centers in southern new jersey per nextel customer care. I have now had 5 phones and been on the phone with Nextel at least once or twice a week when I have enough energy to deal with their ignorant people they have working for them. I just got off the phone with a lady named 'Amy' who told me that there was nothing she could do and if I wanted to cancel my phone then I should do that....the nerve of these people....I just want a phone that works!!!! I am going to call corporate on this, but from what I hear that is not going to work either, I guess I'm stuck. Thanks for listening.
