who hires these people. we were booked on an international flight to cancun and the person who was in charge of directing passenger traffic to the correct line spoke with such a heavy accent that he no one could understand what he was saying...it was so crazy that we ended up almost peeing our pants laughing at the absurdity...and here during a heightened terror alert, no less.
