I went to the New York & Co store and purchased over $300. I was given $165 in fun cash to be used 2 months later. I returned to the store only to find out they would not honor the coupons because I did not save my last reciept. I was not told I need it when I made the purchase. The store manager refused to let me use them. I am handicapped and went out of my way to return the 60 miles to this store to use these freebies and was appalled to see that they would not honor them. I will be contatcing their ceo.
