New chevy lemon

Bought a brand new chevy uplander and brought it back in for front end work three times already and it has less than 5000 kilometers[about 3000 miles].Bought it at Penner Chev in Steinback Manitoba Canada.First time all they did about the jerking steering wheel and clunking under neath was to talk about it. Second time was to change some bushings. Third time was to trially change the rack and pinion. Now again the same problem arises only to be told that I have to wait for another appointment. I spend more time at the dealer with my lemon than on the road. I only bougt it in July and I'm already fed up of travelling 40 miles each way from home just to return it 2 weeks later.
