Never Buy Hurrican Shutters from Alpha Home System

In January 2006 we signed a contract with Alpha Home Systems for accordian hurrican shutters. We were told it would take 8 - 12 weeks. They were finally installed in late August. The staff consistently gave us excuse after excuse, some of which conficted with some of the others. The owner of the company NEVER personally responded to any of our requests to speak with him. It was horrible. I'd sooner stick a fork in my eye than deal with them again.

Can you please tell me what was the shutter's grade that you got installed from Alpha Home Systems? I need this info for my home insurance and have lost my receipts.I also got my home shutters installed from Alpha Home Systems. Thank you
