I heard about NetFreeCity or NetFreeHp on the radio (duh I don't know why it seemed more legitimate there) a site where you are supposed to be able to get a laptop if you meet certain conditions, and can say from personal experience that it's a scam to get you to give out your information. I have a feeling it's like a mailing list 'bank'. I signed up on the site about 3 weeks ago and to go back and check the status of your 'account' you need a password which they are supposed to provide to you in an email (which they NEVER send). They have NEVER provided ANY emails to me let alone a password email although I requested it numerous times. I also emailed their Tech Support and they never responded. I doubt they ever sent or will ever send a laptop although I spent the time to meet their 'conditions' yet would never know because I can't access 'my account' because they won't give me a password. To top it off, now I am getting all kinds of SPAM like those Barrister from Nigeria 'my third cousin on my father's side whose car fell off a cliff and died and left me millions' emails. So please, please, please don't waste your time on this!!!!
