**BEWARE NETCOM RIP-OFF RE-STOCK CHARGE** Netcom the on-line software distributor will charge you a 15% charge against your order on returns - which you do not sign up when placing your order. They also refuse to answer any correspondance. The MD and accounts have both failed to comment. ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE. DO NOT USE NETCOM - THEY HAVE BAD ECOMMERCE PRACTICE.
