Neopets says to try a addition to neopet and gave a 14-day trial period, then when you go to cancel the person says, it is cancelled, anothe says it is too late to cancel due to a strange phone message (woman at first) telling you to pick from 1, 2 or 3, or 4 - no live voice. Then this week, a man is on there saying please push 1 or 2. (changed due to me complaining and others... Now,I hav ea confirmation no. that I did cancel, of course I cancelled due to someone else used my number, and it still does not seem fair to not honor that it is in deed cancelled. techsupport@neomail.com
