Negligient acts toward my four year old son

My problem is with an ER doctor that gave my son lack of proper care and treatment. The doctor would not do anything or run any test when my four year old was complaining of stomach pains after he had previously (6 days earlier) had a tonsilectomy and was admitted the next day for dehydration. 3 days later my son is vomiting blood the second trip that day is where my problem is. The doctor did not evaulate my son having the abdomen pain. Wanted to send us home I refused. We stayed in the ER for about 3 more hours when my son woke up and was experiencing abdomen pain the doctor sends the nurse to tell us 'there is nothing clinically wrong with his stomach' and refused to come and check on him. The ENT was not called and about 15 hours after the incident my four year had emergency surgery for hemorrhaging. The stomach pain was from the blood running down in his stomach. Which is in the medical records from the admission for dehydration almost a week earlier and even in the ER doctors report.
