negligent employers

i work with people with disablities and a coworker jumped on my back causing me bodily injury. the coworker still there pain free and my bosses treating me like the bad guy. they havent filed a claim or tried to assist me with any info about worker comp or anything. they are really ticking me off because ot their behavior. i had to a them. is it ok if one of us jump on ur back causing u pain? what about the consumer? will i still have a job if i did it to u? who would want their parents, or sisters and brothers to go to a place that allow this behavior.
