neglect /malpratice

I was completley ignored while I was a patient at arrowhead hospital,,Dr to 8 hrs to come and see me while I was in severe pain,,and nothing could be done untill he seen me. my IV came undone and my bed was soaked ,,nurse wouldn't change my bed sheets or get me something to change from the wet clothes,, all regualr medication was refused ( diabetic/blood pressure/ ect/ prior to surgery..no food, water, or regular medications//or even an idea of WHEN it might be. late into the after noon I was finally taken for surgery//after which,,again no medication for pain or anything else...nurse left Blood pressure cuff on and running while she talked and chatted with friends in the hall..completely forgetting about me/the continual beeping or my swollen arm,, I finally took it off. several hrs later the Dr had still not come by to see how I was, no pain medication was allowed untill then,, I finally decided I would be much beter off at home, so my wife and I checked me out...here we are 3 days later,, I've tried to make an appointment with the Dr for a follow up..but they still haven't even returned my calls...at this point I'm really mad and wondering who I complain too, and will it do me any good??? thqanks for letting me vent Ted
