need somewhere to complain about anything

We have this massive world connected by the internet and so many people complain about sooooo many things. But where do you go to complain about things you can't complain at the shops for. For example what if a boy doesn't text you back for 2 days. What if he ignores you when you like him so much and dropped sooo many hints that it makes you want to scream at him, dump your girlfriend I'm so much better than her. In this world wide web I have to hope this page is the answer. Or me and my friend could simply start to lose the plot and I'll have to have it designed myself.
