Someone brought me an e540 phone for my birthday this year beautiful looking phone,did everything i wanted from a new phone,it has a camera which i cannont download on to my computor i have now lost pictures of 2 of grandaughters birthdays and my daughters birthday, no memory card will download either, my bluetooth dosent swop to other users,and my infra red blocks my partners phone so he cannont download the photos either,can only download them from his own phone. this is the second nec phone that i have owned, i will know be swoping to a new phone hopefully where the camera will allow me to download to my computor and my bluetooth will work in conjution with other phones. very very upset
