can you believe that in the last 12 months alone I ave been penalised with over £2000 in charges by a high steeet bank! Yes, as you may ave guessed, it was Natwest!! They seem to think £35 for an unpaid bill of £10 is a fair charge and are refusing to help! They don't even contact to inform you of the charges, I have online banking and they could easily send me an e-mial but no, they just take my card when I put it in the cash machine!!
