napster no response

I've been sending e-mails to Napster now for months. No response whatsoever! I'm trying to find out why they have withdrawn the licenses for music that I have legitamtly downloaded. I get a message saying that the artist or record company have withdrawn their permission to provide the track? OK that's fine.... give me my money back then!! Anyone else had the same problem?
