Do not use namesecure.com to register your domain. They have discontinued phone support and do not respond to emails. Meanwhile my website is down and I can't even transfer my domain to a company that does answer phones because they have to contact them. They suck.

I agree - NameSecure is DREADFUL. We are trying to transfer out a domain name registered through them, on behalf of a client, and they are giving me the run around, claiming it is locked, isn't locked, won't send the authorization code, 'system errors,' etc. I told them that I was reporting them to ICANN and received a phone call from a rude young man this morning, who repeated the locked/unlocked/try again speech. STAY AWAY - absolutely not a reputable company.
