My sister needs someone to control her!

I know this is problably wrong of me but if you knew my younger sister.......every weekend she goes out and gets drunk off her ass...she comes in around 3 or 4 in the morning I know shes and adult but I worry about her..one of my freinds suggested contacting a Dominatrix to control her......what does everyone else think?
