Sorry, this is actually kind of cute. No wonder you are irritated. You're being molested by your little sister! But I suspect she doesn't know what she's doing. You don't specify your ages, but it sounds like she's at that point of increasing sexual awareness and you have some curves where she doesn't. She's immature and curious. She may or may not be "bi-curious" about your body, but is just curious, period. I suspect if you ignore her, she'll feel rejected by her big sister. You need to find a way to set boundaries, but not alienate your relationship. It sounds like she is desperate for love and attention for whatever reason. I think you need to be big sister and guide her to the light. Maybe just reiterate to her that you don't like being touched like that and whether she just needs more hugs or more time playing Scrabble together or whatever she likes. Or maybe its time for a "birds and the bees" discussion. If you try to reason and "negotiate" with her for better behavior and she still won't respect your boundaries, then it's time to pull in the big guns to discipline her (mom and dad).
