My Sister is still facebook friends with the man who raped me. I hope that someday I can tell her. I just had to get this off my chest. He should have gone to jail. He should have been prosecuted. Not enough evidence.

By far, most people are convicted on their own words. People usually go to prison on a failed polygraph because the police use the failed polygraph results to extract a confession from the accused. Rape cases are very hard to make without the victim having a prompt rape kit so that there is physical evidence.
