I have my second date tonight with a married man. His wife knows. It was her idea. This makes me feel like I am on some sitcom. Possible the weirdest thing I have ever experienced, but he is really nice and cute.

Some couples have open relationships. Being married is one thing. Having consensual sex with other people is another. Each relationship is unique. There's no "cheating" that way and people can act like adults when an opportunity should arise. I like this option myself for my wife and I. We don't "own" each other and are free. I have numerous women friends without romantic interests, too, so it's not all sexual. They're my friends, and I don't worry about my wife being jealous. My wife is also free to have male friends. It's her business. And if something sexual should develop, all power to her. We aren't together because we can't have relationships with others.
