My realtor is horrible

How come the only person in the world you can't fire is a realtor? Even after she gave us her termination papers (which we have to pay $250 for) she still wants her full benefits. Then why are we firing her?!?! She deserves nothing! She did nothing!

Bruce Schacher and Arizona realtor had a complete lack of follow through and communication on any level in the whole process. Consistently sent wrong information to be signed, which leaves me to believe he does not read docs before asking customers to sign them. stated he didn't get our emails when it showed in our sent mail we sent them, but tried to flip it back on us like it was our mistake. Has not stayed in contact to get what is owed to us from the other realtor for the completion of our sale. We have to track him down. This guy totally sucks. Don't waste your time. He is useless. Shop your realtor like you shop your home. You will be very disapponted if you use this guy. To top it off he was too cheap to give a gift to the new homebuyer.
