my problem with peeing in sleep

It got worse everyday. I peed in sleep two days in a row so I decide to punish myself last night. I stuff the pee soaked underwear in my mouth and squeeze evey bit of pee down my throat. It was so disgusting I almost puked. i tasted my salty urine and a little taste of my scat. I thought I farted too hard last night. But I swore to myself, if I pee again this night, I will shit in the same dirty underwear and lick and swallow down my own scat.

its not your fault that this is happening your bladder could be weak
