My Probation Officer in OKLAHOMA

Well iam have been living here in Oklahoma for about 8 years and i just turned 21 three days ago But iam here to confess about my PROBaTION Officer John T. Nance i have been reportin to him about 4 months now and i just moved into a houe and he lives like mabe 4 house east of me and on night i was going down the ALLEy to throw away trash and u can kinda see thru there fence and he was back there witha lil girl ( i know he dont have any chikdren) AND HE WAS LYING THERE on a lounge chair and the lil girl was lying across him and he had his hand up her dress and i know she was only like i'd say 8 yr old at the oldest so i went home and made a prank call from my cell phone and the cops went over there and i was looking over there and no one answered the door.....so they left and then id say about 9pm that night i went out to my truck and light a CIGG. and his garage door opened and he was pulling out and she was in the front sesat i think i a car seat so today when i went o my monthly PO appt. i asked him who were u with that day was it your daughter and he was like no its my Niece Olivia and when he said that my stomach hit the floor and i feel so so sick like no telling what hes doing to her but who do i call about this or what cause he is tha LAW and how do i report him as a PO where do i turn or do i just turn my head the other way like so many other PPL do...........oh god please for give me.........
