I know I'm fat, and I know I'm ugly. My one and only dying wish is that I walk into a restaurant, a bar or wherever and a pretty girl acknowledges my existence, smiles at me calls me by my name and is actually happy to see me.

Take it easy man! It's not that you're fat or (what you think) ugly. All of us have the same wish and in most cases it never happens. Only real friends do that not strangers or benefit seekers.
