My miserable life in South Korea

Dear God, I feel deeply guiltily of my life.Everday passes slothfully and idle about it.I am not a lazy guy,I want to do something.But since i got car crash,then i lost something.I dont want to study and work any longer.I know that is my fault, I want to change about it.Please help me.And in the end of this year,i will transfer to another university,Pleas give me good luck, God bless me
