My married neighbor keeps hitting on me

Im not attracted to him never gave him any signals that I was interested but he still makes inappropriate comments to me when we are alone. he's a family friend so its super weird. And since he won't take the hint that I'm not down I use his desire for me to convince him to do free improvements to my moms house. Is this wrong?
