My last embarrasing confession

Forgive me father for I have sinned, this is my first confession since two weeks ago, here are my confessions. I have had two great problems in my life, which have been masturbating and lying. I really want to stop and ask for your grace so I may not sin again. I was a virgin for 15 and finally lost my virginity. i really feel bad and want to stop this nonsense which include cursing, not going to church, calling your name in vein, lust, sex, masturbation, lying, stealing, anger, envy, pride and backsliding. I am really sorry lord and pray for your forgiveness. Please forgive me father. I am praying that this is the last time I will make a confession like this in Jesus name. For these and all I cannot remember, I am trully sorry.
