Has a VP or above ever used abusive or foul language towards you or in your presence? Have you ever felt as if the code of ethics in your workplace only pertained to managers and below? I'd like to hear what you have to say and if you have done anything about it. I am nt sure if anything can be done and if so, what to do about it.
