As a man with an open marriage, I would not recommend affairs if the marriage needs work. Work on the marriage first and don't use sex with others as a mend. Of course, there is always a chance that my wife might encounter Johnny Depp and take off, but it cuts both ways, and I might encounter Kylie Minogue. Frankly, most women can't hold a candle to my wife, so I'm not worried, and my wife rolls her eyes at all the pretenders when she has me (she's gorgeous and hot, so she gets a lot of attention).
