my exboss wont pay

ok i would like everyone out there to know that adam dworack construction is a bs company the guy will hire someone for a couple of weeks and constantly complain about his life and how much it sucks until he makes you wonder if he is going to be able to pay you then when you finally get paid its a week late and when you finally get tired of waiting for missed paychecks and quit he doesnt pay you at all yes that is right i quit workingf for this guy 3 weeks ago and still i am waiting to get paid from him i worked for him as a sub contractor and he isnt paying me if anyone knows what i can do to get my money from this guy email me back at alyssasdaddy0405@yahoo.com
