my dog died

Two months ago my lovely dog died. I was so miserable I could not get myself together. My husband misses her too but not as much as me. I would love another dog but he says that at 61 we are too old and that they are too much work. He is at work all day and he doesn't understand how unhappy I feel. She was a great companion and I loved her and she loved me unconditionally.
