This company contacts you buy phone and offers you the oppprtunity to purchase a subscription to it's magazine. They offer a reduced price welcome pack but the goods and mag aren't that great. When you return the goods they still take your money and promise a refund that doesn't materialise. I've been waiting 3 months for a refund of £80. They promise the cheque is on it's way but it doesn't arrive

same thing happened to me, never got my money back. And I gave them some MAJOR abuse!
