my brother's cat

she's a purebred beautiful white persian cat. i just found out that my brother kidnapped her. he's a katnapper and i want to return the cat to it's owner but he will be really upset. he can't even take the cat to the vet because she has a tattoo in her ear. i would like to take her there to get all the furballs and knots out of her hair but i can't take her to the vet.
