My brother got bullied

Ok so how it happen , my brother got bullied at school and decided to join some gang member he's joined the gang because he fed up being bullied ... so after he joined the gang he now has to pay the gang boss 10$ every month but he get no income so basicly he just giving money to person every month for nothing. So now he's regretting to join the gang . I wanted to help him but idk how if anybody that are experience in this situation please comment and tell me what can i do plz i reallly need answer .... btw he doesnt want to tell the teacher because he is the one who wanted to get into that gang..... and he's 14
