my boyfriend let me down again

me and my boyfriend broke up because he didn't want to marry me. after 7 years i thought enough is enough so i moved out. one month later he asked me to get back with him and he would marry me. i was thrilled and immediately moved in with him again. now he tells me he doesn't want to get married. i feel used again. i feel worthless, useless, ugly and betrayed. i hate myself for being such a sucker.

Well seven years is exactly the ammount of time you need to be living together to be legally considered commonlaw, so the jokes on him, you are married!

NEED is a compelling emotion. At some point you need to do some thinking with your head and override your heart. Going solely with emotions is not in your long term best interest. You shouldn't have come back; from now on the rule should be 'no ring, no relationship.'
