Mum's mood swings r uncontrollable
Posted Mar 2, 2011 by anonymous | 233 views | 1 comments
I am 19, live with my mother and older sister and we r a happy family. But since my mum's menopause kicked in, her anger has been uncontrollable. She always apologizes for anything horrible she does or says. I know my grandmother had the same problem and she calmed down eventually. I would love to find a better way of handling it so I could support my Mum. I guess this is a complaint, well, sort of.

Dear, we cannot simply blame our genes and hormones for every thing we do. True, they contribute to our behavior but control can be achieved if you love and respect the people around you. Remember that others are going through the same thing or worse and seem to handle it better. So, I'd say you should help your mum get a grip on her moods when she is in one. You are too young to be afraid such could happen to you.
