I signed a contract for 2 years - minimum requirement by MULTIMEDIA INTERNATIONAL SERVICES ltd, Prestige House, Comford Road, Blackpool, Lancashire. FY4 4QQ. This is t.v advertising in poat offices (sub-post offices, they don't tell you this either). During the second year I called Multimedia to make sure my contract would end at the end of the 2nd and last year. They informed me I was locked in for a further year because per the contract I had to send them a recorded delivery termination letter within the first year of the initial contract to cancel-I was shocked to say the least. I had told the 'salesman' I only wanted to try it for the minimum term, he said this was a lock in for two years, so I agreed - at no time did he mention to me about the procedure for ending the contract. I find this kind of 'salesmanship' by MULTIMEDIA OF BLACKPOOL to be unethical and definately not for the benefit of you their customer. My final note, read the contract fully, don't expect honesty or help from this company.
