Moving Woes

My family recently relocated from the East Coast to the West Coast, we hired Nationwide Movers, because of their 'experience'. They outsourced our move to Cross Country Van Lines and its all downhill from there. The most prized possession in the move was a 1996 Harley Davidson that we specifically asked to be crated and put on a skid, were assured that it would be taken care of - WRONG! It's not even driveable at this time. My 'claim' process has just begun....my problem, these companies got paid and we're left with the burden of filling out paperwork, getting estimates, etc.
