motel room unsatisfactory

I booked a room at Days Inn in West Yellowstone for 5 days 2 Months in advance and paid for it then. Well we went there and stayed for the 5 days. To begin with Iasked for non smoking room they put it down for a smoking room they had 5 hours to correct the problem when we arived to our room it smelled of smoke so bad we went and got a fabreese spray can.Then we flushed the toilet and it kept on running. Tried to use the dead bolt for the night while we slep both ladys could not make it work the door had to be lifted over 1 inch to lock.They have a big window witch we opened but there was no screen so had to close it while we slept not very comfotable. We rated the room with all these complaints there was no comment from the person in charge at the time. Iwould like to advise people to stay away from that Days Inn. Thank you for your time Harold
