Motel Malignment

Motel 6, Seaside, Oregon, put my wife & I on a Do Not Rent list...! I've never heard of such a thing. We've been staying there for about 15 years and never had a problem. GM Karen won't tell me why we've been put on the list. Ruined our aniversary plans totally.
