Mortgage Loan Zombies

Several months ago I sought to refinance my present residence on which US Bank had replaced a conventional mortgage with a 30-year home-improvement loan, which is usery and criminal. Received and accepted a reasonable 6.3 and now my phone and computer are inundated with proposals from 'zombies' who have taken over the industry with absolutely no common sense. HELP!!!
