mortgage broker screwed me

my mortgage broker made promises and never delivered and totally screwed up my life. hurt my credit score and forced me to settle on a loan i had no other choice but to take because my two year arm was up. they are predators. they quoted me 3400 in closing costs and then ate up my equity by charging me near 7000 in closing. i later found out the title co. is also an affiliate of the co. i think they are robbing people in need.
